“Vivation helped me to overcome and heal the emotions and traumas I have struggled with for years. For the first time I felt I was able to really heal myself at the core. Vivation was so gentle it made it easy for me to let go of everything I was holding on to. This process of unconditional love continued the more I relaxed… It all seems so obvious now.. I just didn’t know it was possible to feel this good. Wow!” – Emma G.
Vivation is a unique and physically pleasurable process you can learn to more easily heal and resolve negative emotions, trauma and stress using integrative breathwork and feeling and body based meditation and awareness practices. Vivation works by putting you directly in touch with the feelings and emotions in your body as they are – as physical patterns of energy. By directly connecting with your feelings at the physical level, negative thoughts about those feelings are bypassed, resulting in a much more honest and pleasurable experience. This results in a permanent integration of those feelings, transforming your experience from one of suffering to one of acceptance, peace and joy.
In this workshop you will learn the five elements necessary to master this skill and use it anywhere in your life – at home, at work, while driving a car, shopping, etc. The course includes seven progressive lesson and sessions, each building on the *previous one*. These sessions include eyes closed and laying down, eyes open, as well as Vivation-in-Action, where we go out and learn to apply our new skill of emotional integration in daily life.
This workshop is being taught and facilitated by master trainer Paul Hughes, director and lead teacher at Vivation International. Paul has been teaching healing breathwork for over 25 years, including Vivation for 15 years. Paul has conducted workshops in over 30 countries on 5 continents.
