WHAT TO EXPECT: Vivation is a unique experience for everyone and can vary each time you participate, regardless of whether you're a beginner or a seasoned practitioner. One thing is certain— the transformative power of Vivation is undeniable and profound. Its effects are lasting and can lead to significant personal growth.
During the group session, you will receive guidance on how to practice Vivation. Here's a glimpse of what to expect during the process:
-
As you engage in circular breathing, you may experience tingling sensations throughout your body and a pleasurable energy flow.
-
You might encounter tension and strong emotions, both familiar and unfamiliar. It's important to be aware of and attentive to these sensations.
-
Tetany, characterized by feelings of enlarged or immovable hands and stiffness around your mouth, may occur. These sensations typically fade as you relax further.
-
You could feel a sense of lightness, floating, bliss, and joy.
Please remember that everyone's experience is unique. Embrace your willingness to feel and explore these sensations fully.
HOW TO PREPARE
- Punctuality is essential. Our sessions begin promptly on the hour, so please check your time zone and be ready to start. First-time participants who arrive late may miss crucial instructions and have a less-than-optimal Vivation experience. Don't wait until the last minute to set up your Vivation space!
- Allocate up to two hours for the lesson, session, and follow-up Q&A.
- Position your device or webcam to capture your upper body, from the waist up. This allows us to provide effective prompts for a successful session. Ensure that your room is well-lit, but feel free to use an eyeshade if the light is bothersome. Use headphones or external speakers to adjust the volume to your liking.
- Find a comfortable position for your session, either sitting or lying down. Many prefer lying down for relaxation, but be mindful not to fall asleep and miss the Vivation experience. If you get sleepy, try sitting, standing, or even walking around. Remember, integrating unconsciousness is also part of the process and doesn't necessarily indicate unwillingness.
- For best results, refrain from eating within 60 minutes before your session.
